What is Virtual Fitness?

I offer virtual classes you can join live on Zoom using your desktop, laptop, or iPad. This means you can work out from the comfort of your own home—no commuting to the gym. And when class is over, you’re already home!

The photos I’m sharing are from my basement studio. While there are quite a few cords and pieces of equipment involved in setting things up, I love how convenient this space is for teaching—and how easy it makes it for you to attend from anywhere.

What are the classes like?

My class style is a little different. Because of my own health journey, I developed strength classes that are gentler and less intense than many traditional workouts. My approach is centered on teaching you to honor your body. Some days you may feel strong and energized and choose to increase the intensity; other days you may need to scale back. I offer modifications throughout class so you can decide what your body needs in each moment.

I am a Revelation Wellness fitness instructor, which means my classes are faith-based, yet welcoming and encouraging for everyone—no matter your spiritual beliefs.

What are the details?

  • 3 weeks of classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 12-12:45pm

  • Monday, January 12th through Thursday, January 29th

  • Cost is $55 for 6 classes (including a recorded class)

  • Equipment needed - dumbbells and a yoga mat
